Fee Waiver
Some students qualify for fee waivers because of financial need. If you believe that you qualify for a fee waiver, mail or fax us a copy of your SAT or ACT test fee waiver or a letter from your high school counselor or principal explaining your financial situation and reason for needing an admissions application fee waiver.
Admission Decisions
Once you complete your application, it’ll be reviewed by an admissions professional from the Office of Admissions. Using guidelines established by the state and the university, the reviewer will consider your academic achievement and personal achievement. In addition issues such as whether applicants are in the top 10% of their class, are Texas residents, or come from a non-ranking school can also affect the final admission decision.
