Readmission application Requirements & Deadlines

Application

• Submit your completed ApplyTexas Application online or use the paper application.
• Our printable Application for Undergraduate Readmission (PDF) may be submitted in place of the ApplyTexas Application. (Paper applications must be mailed or hand-delivered; faxed copies are not accepted.)

Non-refundable $60 application processing fee

($75 for international applicants)

• Online payment preferred; pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) if paid while applying online.
• If you are unable to pay your fees because of financial need, request a fee exemption.

Official Transcripts

• Separate, official transcripts from each college you have attended since leaving UT Austin (if any); transcripts must show a grade point average of at least a 2.50 on a 4.00 scale on all transferable coursework taken since leaving UT Austin.
• Mail or hand deliver transcripts to the main location of the Office of Admissions (Room 7 of the Main Building)
• Review our online transferable coursework resources for help in identifying courses that you’ve taken or plan to take that are likely to be transferable
• Failure to report all college coursework or attempts to falsify any part of an admissions application or the documents required to complete the application process may result in disciplinary action (which may include expulsion and loss of credit).
