Pharm.D. program application Recommendation System Overview
You're about to begin the online process that allows you to make requests for individuals to submit Pharm.D. program recommendations on your behalf.
How the Process Works
Here’s how the process works.
- You log in to the Pharm.D. recommendation system using your UT EID and password. (If you don’t know or forgot your UT EID or password, visit the UT EID help site.)
- On the recommendation site, enter the names and e-mail addresses of the two individuals you would like to submit recommendations on your behalf.
- These individuals will receive an e-mail from UT Austin asking them to complete a personalized online recommendation form.
The entire recommendation process is done online; there are no paper forms.
